Ballin’ Baller

There’s always room for more adventure! Two fun-filled days, that’s what we got from our recent Baler trip. We hiked up a mountain, we bathed in a river, we camped beside a pool, we got drunk, we surfed, we rappelled down a waterfall, and we went inside a 600-year-old tree. Not convinced yet? Maybe some pictures will do the trick. 😉

Baler is a second-class municipality in the province of Aurora, Philippines. It is the provincial capital of Aurora. It is located some 230 kilometres (143 miles) northeast of Manila via a mountain pass accessible by bus and private vehicle. It is host to spectacular geographic formations and is situated on a vast plain at the south end of Baler Bay, a contiguous segment of the Philippine Sea. (Wikipedia)

Other attractions are Museo de Baler, Quezon Memorial Park, Sabang Beach, Doña Aurora Memorial Shrine, Aurora Memorial National Park, and many more!

It’s more fun in the Philippines! 🙂

    1. Hello there, Tere. I am friends with the one who organized this whole tour. I don’t think there is any regular rappelling activity offered in Diguisit, but I can’t be sure. 😉
