There’s always room for more adventure! Two fun-filled days, that’s what we got from our recent Baler trip. We hiked up a mountain, we bathed in a river, we camped beside a pool, we got drunk, we surfed, we rappelled down a waterfall, and we went inside a 600-year-old tree. Not convinced yet? Baler is a second-class municipality in the province of Aurora, Philippines. It is the provincial capital of Aurora. It is located some 230 kilometres (143 miles) northeast of Manila via a mountain pass accessible by bus and private vehicle.
